The conditions of being here
Yachai.town is a small community with hand-reviewed admission. This is what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Last updated: 2 September 2026
What this is
A learning community about artificial intelligence, free of charge, with live sessions that stays archived. The conversation happens on WhatsApp; this site keeps the archive and opens the door.
It is not a paid course, there is no fixed syllabus and no certificate, and it is not tech support for your company.
Admission is reviewed
Sending an application does not entitle you to join. Each one is read by a person and may or may not be accepted, and that is no judgement on anyone: the community is deliberately small and grows slowly.
If your application is not accepted, you can apply again after three months.
The seven rules
The seven rules you accepted when you applied are the underlying conditions of being here, and can be read in full on the «How it works» page. Repeatedly breaking them can end in leaving the community. Before that there is a conversation, except in the obvious cases: spam, harassment, or taking other people's material outside without permission.
The material
The recordings, templates and resources published here are for members to use. You can use them in your work and your projects, commercial ones included. What you cannot do is redistribute them outside the community or publish them as your own.
Whatever you share stays yours. By posting it in the community you give us permission to keep it in the archive for other members, and nothing more.
What we do not promise
This is a small project, not a service with guarantees. There can be weeks without a session, the site can go down, and material can be late. We say it up front instead of writing a legal notice that says the same thing in a harder way.
What is shared here is the experience of people learning, not professional advice. The decisions you make about your work, your money or your data are yours, and AI tools certainly make mistakes: always check what they produce before using it for real.
Leaving
You can leave whenever you want: exit the groups and write to info@work.town so we delete your account. There is no minimum stay and no steps designed to keep you.
An account with months of no activity may pass to someone who does want the spot. That is the seventh rule, and we email you first.
